Vtct Level 4 Enchancing eyebrows with Microblading
Recently all london borough have made the decision that you need an NVQ in Microblading or Semi permanent makeup. An NVQ is the highest recognised Qualification you can get in cosmetic tattooing. To work doing SPMU you need a special treatment license due to the nature of the treatment. It is a legal requirement and you can get hefty fines if you practise without one. To get the special Treatment license different council will ask for different Qualifications. An NVQ Level 4,which is the equivalent to the first year of a Bachelor's Degree programm, is what is required to work in a london borough where as other council may only ask for a CPD accredited course. .Please check before you book your course.
NVQ Vtct Level 4 -
The Microblading course is a good place to start it is a 4 day in house course, followed by a online multiple choice exam on A+P and then a day assessesment day which you will come and demonstrate your skills you have learnt.You will also be asked to complete 10 case studies at home.

4 days initial training – 1.5 theory day & 2.5 model day
1 final assessment day (theory)
1 final exam day (practical)
You will be required to do 10 case studies in total and assignments in your own time
We will provide all your models while you train in our centre
This is not a short course and can take up to 6 months to complete

Course Overview
To obtain VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Microblading, you need to learn 5 units which are:

Health and safety in the salon

Client care and consultation
-
Enhance appearance using microblading techniques

Anatomy and physiology for microblading techniques

Eyebrow shaping services
These will be assessed in a mixture of written assignments and a multiple course exam
Academy Attendance
First 4 days are in-house learning theory and practical training at the school

Then the learners will spend 3 /4 months undertaking 10 case studies and coursework at their own centre fully supported by the school

The final 2 days will be scheduled in for practical assessments and written test
